For wind (including recorder), brass, and percussion players of 8 - 18 years.
Play in small mixed-instrument ensembles (graded by experience and ability), rhythm workshops, fun choir, Course concert band, and Junior / Senior Band during the week.
Everyone participates in all activities. There is also the opportunity to join the tutors in games of rounders and football at lunchtime!
A great opportunity to extend your musical skills: enhance your repertoire, improve your sight-reading, discover the fun of ensemble playing, and experience the variety of styles and approaches offered by different teachers and conductors.
End of course CONCERT for friends and family, to demonstrate the variety of music learnt during the course (Friday afternoon, 2pm).
